Full Time Administrative Support

The Marston Group, PLC, is experiencing rapid growth and is currently hiring for the position of Full Time Administrative Support Staff. We are seeking applicants with the following minimum qualifications:

• Answer telephones quickly and efficiently using a multi-line telephone system
• Receive and transmit telephone, fax, and email messages accurately
  and promptly, using the telephone, fax machine, copy machine, and computer
• Type correspondence, reports and financial statements accurately, and
  timely, using Microsoft Word/Excel
• Process client tax returns using tax preparation software
• Proofread reports and correspondence
• Maintain office supplies inventory
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Office Manager
• Experience in keeping both A/R and A/P
• Friendly and professional appearance and manner
• Detail oriented; able to multi-task and work in a team situation
• Efficient and productive in a fast-paced work environment
• Timely (job hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break)
• Self-starter with excellent verbal skills, positive attitude, & friendly personality
• Seasonal work may require some overtime
