Ms. Caraway is the Firm Administrator/Development Director and serves as the Executive Assistant to the Partners, as well. Her job duties are concentrated in the marketing and public relations fields, and she handles all media relations- including press releases, reports, articles and special events.

Ms. Caraway earned a BA from The College of Charleston and an MA from The University of Memphis. She has served as an executive assistant to some of Memphis’ top business leaders. She is a member of Mpact Memphis and enjoys volunteering with The Junior League of Memphis – where she consecutively holds leadership roles – as well as leadership roles in her church and with her children’s school.
