Expertise
Ms. Coleman serves as a Senior Manager of The Marston Group, PLC. She focuses her practice on tax planning, compliance, estate and gift planning, charitable organizations, litigation consulting and representation of clients in tax controversies before federal and state governmental agencies. Ms. Coleman has conducted seminars and co-authored several tax publications, including “A Roadmap through Tennessee Divorce Proceedings” and “Tax Aspects of Divorce in Tennessee”.

Education
Ms. Coleman is a cum laude graduate of the University of Memphis and the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
