Expertise
Mr. Harbor is a Senior Tax Manager and serves as the firm’s Director of Tax Services. With more than ten years of expertise in corporate, pass-through, and individual taxation, his current concentration is in tax compliance and consulting for privately owned multi-state companies and their owners. Additionally, he has provided tax due diligence services and consulted on the tax aspects of business acquisitions and dispositions, in both public and private company transactions. He serves a diverse clientele operating in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, distribution and professional services. Mr. Harbor also serves as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Mr. Harbor received his BS & MS Tax degrees from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL.
