Open House Bean Counter Contest and door prize winners announced

January 23rd, 2014

On January 23rd, 2014, The Marston Group celebrated an Open House at their new location at 1661 International Drive in the Colonnade Building. Guests filed in for breakfast, lunch and evening festivities to check out the gorgeous office space, enjoy some refreshments and mingle with colleagues & other professionals.

Featured at all three events was the Bean Counter Contest where guests could write down their best guess of the amount of beans in the bowl and win a prize. After a few days of anticipation, the winner was finally announced. Congratulations to Rosemary Coleman! The final count was 12,678, and she guessed an impressively close amount of 12,500. All guesses ranged from 429 all the way to 4,265,000. Rosemary won a Dixon Coffee Table Book titled Color! American Photography Transformed.

A plethora of door prizes were also available where guests’ names were drawn at random. The grand prize was a St. Blue’s Cigar Box Guitar that went to winner Mark Ruleman of United Capital. Congratulations to all of our winners!
