Charles serves as a Principal and brings more than 20 years of delivering significant tax, financial and operational excellence to complex organizations of all sizes. His professional focus is on acquisition and disposition planning, tax consulting and compliance across various disciplines and supporting clients though their unique operational challenges. Prior to joining The Marston Group, Charles spent 15 years working for the global professional services firm Deloitte.    

When not in the office, Charles enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and their two daughters Avery and Savannah. He is also involved with several non-profit programs in Memphis.
