Mr. Jeremy Harbor is the Director of Tax Strategies with a focus in tax compliance and consulting.  He has extensive tax experience in corporate, passthrough, and individual taxation, including outsourced tax compliance, multi-state tax compliance, and representation of clients in Internal Revenue Service and state revenue department examinations. Jeremy has over twenty years of public accounting experience and works closely with clients in a wide range of business and tax consulting engagements, including new venture startups, business entity structuring and reorganizations, business mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and various types of due diligence projects.
