Kendall Marston Henderson brings strategic insight and a people-first mindset to business services, family office, and advisory at The Marston Group. Throughout her career, she has focused on understanding how businesses function and helping people solve complex problems. That perspective was shaped by nearly 13 years in leadership roles within HCA Healthcare’s Internal Audit Department, most recently as Assistant Vice President specializing in revenue cycle operations, where she developed deep operational and executive expertise. Earlier in her career, she spent three years in Deloitte’s audit practice in Nashville, sharpening the technical foundation that continues to inform her approach today.

Kendall is energized by learning the inner workings of businesses and translating complexity into practical solutions that support stronger decision-making. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking a great meal, taking walks, and making time for friends. Her approach is grounded in perspective, prioritization, and service, helping clients feel supported while building lasting trust through thoughtful, relationship-driven advisory work.
